HC-Series Heat-of-Compression Dryers
Ingersoll-Rand's heat-of-compression dryers are dual tower, desiccant designs utilzing the waste heat developed by an air compressor, during the compression process for the regeneration of moisture saturated desiccant.
Immense energy savings are achieved using heat-of- compression to operate a dry compressed air system with instrument quality air available at all times.

For applications that require a constant -40° F or better dewpoint, the HC-Series dryer is the most energy efficient solution. - Constant Dewpoints
All applications benefit from a stable consistent pressure dewpoint. The HC-Series has been designed with unique stripping and cooling features that ensures this delivered consistency. The design is patented and is not found on other dryers. - System Flexibility
The HC-Series design allows multiple compressors to be matched to one dryer enhancing system flexibility. - Complete Dryer Solution
The HC-Series dryers are fully packaged, complete systems, including aftercooler, moisture separator, drain traps and an afterfilter. All components, including block and bypass valves, are mounted on the H-Series dryer skid resulting in a compact package and reduced installation costs.
